Drake Talks About Solo LP


With his debut single, "Best I Ever Had" sitting inside the Top 20 and another hit, "Every Girl" inside the Top 40, Drake is well on his way to solo success. He has received high praise from his peers on his skills on the mic and has been writing for Rihanna for her upcoming fourth studio album. Drake says Kanye West, Lil' Wayne and Jay-Z are lined up for appearances on his debut album. Here's a clip of the article:

"Everybody is looking for this one joint with me and Jay, so that needs to happen," Drake said. "My goal at this point is to keep making that organic music. I don't wanna feel pressure now that I have a single and music that's hot," he added. "I don't wanna be pressured ... that, 'Oh I have to have radio hits.' I just wanna make music people enjoy."

"Thank Me Later" is the name of Drake's debut album and is expected to drop later this year.
